This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in January 2017 and bottled at Copper & Cask HQ at just over 8 years. 

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
61.7% ABV 123.4 proof

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey is lively with aromas of orange peel and lemon drizzle. Once sipped, richer notes become apparent with flavors of maple syrup and cinnamon before receding to notes of cherry cola and toffee. The finished is long with hints of pipe tobacco, vanilla pudding and blueberry danish.
