9-Year Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel: MI-235

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in January 2017. The barrel was primarily aged in Indiana and then was brought up to Copper & Cask Rhode Island, where it finished aging and was bottled in August, 2026 at approximately 9 years, 7 months.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

65.7% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with notes of dark maple syrup and mocha. Once sipped, decadent flavors of flourless chocolate cake and caramel appear, giving way to notes of maraschino cherry and chocolate covered espresso beans. The finish is long with hints of molasses, dark chocolate and pipe tobacco.
