Straight Bourbon Whiskey High-Rye Single Barrel Selection: MI-190

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in February 2017, and matured for approximately 5 years in Indiana. The whiskey was then brought up to Copper & Cask HQ to finish aging before being bottled in June 2024 at 7 years, 3 months.

Mash Bill: 60% CORN, 36% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
60.8% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey showcases aromas of cinnamon candies and cranberry. Once sipped, the flavors of fruitcake and orange zest emerge before giving way to notes of cherry and molasses. The finish has hints of toasted almond, dark roast coffee and Demerara sugar.
