11-Year High-Rye Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel: MI-1636

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in September 2014. The barrel was primarily aged in Indiana and then was brought up to Copper & Cask Rhode Island, where it finished aging and was bottled in August, 2026 at just shy of 12 years.

Mash Bill: 60% CORN, 36% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

57.1% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is decadent with aromas of mocha and German chocolate cake.  Once sipped, rich flavors of caramel and crème brulee appear before revealing notes of chocolate mousse and cinnamon roll. The finish is long and complex with hints of demerara sugar, espresso and leather.
