6-Year Wheated Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MI-1416

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in April 2019. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask to finish maturation in Rhode Island. The whiskey was bottled in November 2025 at about 6.5 years.

Mash Bill: 51% CORN, 45% WHEAT, 4% MALTED BARLEY

59.3% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey displays pastry aromas of pie crust and vanilla danish.  Once sipped, sweeter notes of butterscotch and creme brulee come to the fore, giving way to lighter notes of toasted marshmallow and maraschino cherry.  The finish is long with hints of vanilla syrup, peach preserves and whipped cream.
