8-Year Florida-Aged Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MF-749

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017 and was primarily matured in Florida. The whiskey was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ where it continued to mature, before being bottled at approximately 8 years, 4 months in September 2025.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

65.3% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is robust with aromas of cocoa powder and vanilla. Once sipped, rich flavors of dark caramel and praline emerge before giving way to fruitier notes of cherry pie and blackberry jam. The finish is long and layered with hints of German chocolate cake, marzipan and leather.
