Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MF-745

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017 and matured for nearly 7 years in Florida. The barrel was then brought up to Copper & Cask HQ and bottled at just shy of 7.5yrs, at barrel proof, non-chill filtered.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
63.8% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey is floral with aromas of orange blossoms and melon.  Once sipped, sweeter flavors come to the fore, such as butter pecan and chocolate fudge, giving way to fruitier notes of grapefruit peel and raisins. The finish is long and layered with hints of cola, mocha and gingerbread.
