Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MF-730

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017, and matured for approximately 7 years in Florida. The whiskey was then brought to Copper & Cask HQ where it finished maturation and was bottled at about 7.5 years. Like all Copper & Cask whiskeys, this bottling is barrel proof, non-chill filtered.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
64.6% ABV

Tasting Notes:
Sweeter aromas dominate the nose of this whiskey, such as sugar and dried cherries.  Once sipped, richer flavors of butterscotch and praline stand out before sweeter notes of rum raisin and rock candy emerge. The finish is medium and features hints of vanilla pudding and orange zest.
