8-Year Florida-Aged Straight Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MF-721

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017 and was primarily matured in Florida. The whiskey was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ for additional aging and was bottled at just over 8 years in August 2025.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

65% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is decadent with aromas of caramel and mocha. Once sipped, fruity flavors of cherry compote and candied orange peel appear before giving way to robust notes of espresso and cola. The finish is long with hints of cocoa powder, fig jam and pipe tobacco.
