8-Year Florida-Aged Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MF-556

This single barrel selection wasdistilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017 and was primarily aged in Florida. The whiskey was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ to continue maturation before being bottled at about 8 years and 4 months.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

64.1% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of maple syrup and brown sugar. Once sipped, fruitier flavors of cherries and roasted plums appear before giving way to decadent notes of vanilla fudge and coffee syrup. The finish is long and layered with hints of mocha, burnt sugar and cinnamon stick.
