Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MF-552

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017 and matured for nearly 7 years in Florida. The barrel was then brought up to Copper & Cask HQ and bottled at just shy of 7.5yrs, at barrel proof, non-chill filtered.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
64.2% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey displays fruity aromas of cherry and candied grapefruit peel. Once sipped, flavors of orange and vanilla emerge before giving way to spicier notes of cinnamon candies and baked apples. The finish is long and features hints of chai tea, cocoa and figs.
