Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MF-552

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017 and matured for nearly 7 years in Florida. The barrel was then brought up to Copper & Cask HQ and bottled at just shy of 7.5yrs, at barrel proof, non-chill filtered.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
64.2% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey is lively with aromas of orange zest and candy. Once sipped, richer notes of milk chocolate and marmalade appear before revealing fruity notes of cherry compote and raisins. The finish is long and earthy with hints of cocoa powder, leather and pipe tobacco.
