8-Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey Private Batch: LW-01

This Private Batch bottling is a 4-barrel blend of 8-year low-rye (21%) Bourbon barrels, all distilled in Indiana and primarily aged in Kentucky. The barrels were brought up to Copper & Cask in Rhode Island where they were blended and bottled at cask strength in October 2025.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

60.6% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is robust with aromas of burnt sugar and maple syrup. Once sipped, rich flavors of toffee and mocha appear before giving way to fruity notes of orange slices and cherry jam. The finish is long with hints of espresso, raw honey and pipe tobacco.
