6-Year Texas-Aged Bourbon Private Batch: HB-01

This Private Batch was made from a blend of 3 MGP Bourbon barrels, all distilled in August 2019 in Indiana, but aged in Texas. Some of the blend was double-oaked for approximately 6 months, before the final blend was crafted and bottled in September 2025 at Copper & Cask HQ.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

60.7% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is robust with notes of burnt sugar and toasted almonds. Once sipped, bold flavors come to the fore featuring cola and toasted marshmallow, then revealing fruitier notes of cherry pie filling and blueberry jam.  The finish is long and comes in waves with hints of creme brulee, vanilla syrup and maple syrup.
