8-Year Toasted Barrel-Finished Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: DC-889

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in January 2017, where it spent most of its maturation. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask in Rhode Island where it was re-casked into a new Medium Plus Toasted Oak barrel for approximately 10 months. The whiskey was bottled in October 2025 at 8 years, 9 months.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

58.8% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is robust with aromas of burnt sugar and toasted almonds. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of butterscotch and toasted marshmallow appear before revealing more robust notes of espresso and creme brulee. The finish is long with hints of vanilla, coffee cake and leather.
