9-Year High-Barley Rye Finished in Chartreuse and Calvados Single Barrel: DC-330

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in December 2016. After spending most of its maturation in Indiana, the barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask Rhode Island, where itwas transferred into a Chartreuse cask for a month, and then a French Oak Calvados cask for over two years. The whiskey was bottled in August 2026 at over 9.5 years. 

Mash Bill: 51% RYE, 49% MALTED BARLEY

64% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is lively with aromas of black licorice and raw honey. Once sipped, flavors of fresh orange peel and Good & Plenties emerge, before revealing spicier notes of clove chewing gum and fruitcake. The finish is long and layered with hints of anise candies, molasses and cedar.
