9-Year Double Oak Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: DC-244

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in January 2017. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask where it was was first transferred into a second-fill Weller barrel for six months, and then a second second-fill Weller barrel for another two years. The whiskey was bottled in February 2026 at cask strength.

Mash Bill:75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

66.8% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of creme brulee and Bavarian cream. Once sipped, the rich flavors continue with butterscotch pudding and chocolate before revealing notes of flourless chocolate cake and cola. The finish is long with hints of peanut brittle, mocha and chai spice.
