9-Year Double Oak Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: DC-1800

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in November 2016 and was primarily aged in Kentucky.The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask Rhode Island, where it was transferred into a second new oak barrel for approximately 4 months. The whiskey was bottled in June 2026 at around 9.5 years.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

62.5% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of creme brulee and toffee.  Once sipped, sweeter flavors of brown sugar and maraschino cherry come to the fore, revealing more decadent notes of chocolate covered cherries and salted caramel. The finish is long and layered with hints of mocha, butterscotch and vanilla pipe tobacco.
