9-Year Toasted Oak Bourbon Single Barrel: DC-1548

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in December 2016, but was primarily aged in Kentucky. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask Rhode Island where it was finished for 5 months in a new Toasted oak barrel. The whiskey was bottled in August 2026 at over 9.5yrs. 

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

56.7% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of toasted marshmallow and sweet oak.  Once sipped, flavors of crème brulee and chocolate orange are apparent, before reveal more robust notes of espresso and molasses.  The finish is long with hints of crystallized honey, maple syrup and leather.
