6-Year Texas-Aged Double Oak Bourbon Single Barrel: DC-1374

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in August 2019 and was primarily aged in Texas. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask in Rhode Island, where it was transferred to a Dr. Pepper-seasoned barrel for approximately 4 months of secondary maturation. The whiskey was bottled in February 2026 at approximately 6.5 years.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

59% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of cherry pie filling and butterscotch. Once sipped, flavors of vanilla syrup and fruit punch come to the fore, giving way to more robust flavors of chai spice and candied orange peel. The finish is long with herbal hints of anise, cardamom and menthol.
