8-Year Honey Cask-Finished Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: DC-1362

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in August 2019 and was primarily matured in Texas. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask in Rhode Island where it was transferred into a barrel that had been seasoned with Illinois honey. The whiskey finished for 3 months and was bottled in October 2025.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

61.4% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey displays lively aromas of fresh orange zest and elderberry blossoms. Once sipped, fresh flavors of clover honey and lavender stand out before giving way to fruitier notes of orange slices and maraschino cherry. The finish is long with hints of cherry pie filling, vanilla pudding and chai spice.
