8-Year Double Oak Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: DC-1125

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in November 2016 and was primarily matured in Kentucky. The whiskey was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ where it was transferred into a wave stave barrel for double oaking. After spending approximately 6 months in the new oak, the whiskey was bottled in August 2025 at approximately 8 years, 9 months.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY 59.6% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is robust with aromas of creme brulee and flamed orange peel.  Once sipped, rich flavors of burnt sugar and maple syrup come to the fore, revealing the softer sweetness of vanilla pudding and toasted marshmallow. The finish is long and layered with hints of vanilla cola, cherry danish and espresso.
