9-Year High-Rye Double Oak Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: DC-1026

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in October 2016, but was primarily matured in Kentucky. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask where it was transferred into a new Char 1 oak barrel for approximately two years of additional aging, before being bottled at approximately 9.5 years in May 2026.

Mash Bill: 60% Corn, 36% Rye, 4% Malted Barley

56.6% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is robust with aromas of flamed orange peel and burnt sugar. Once sipped, bold flavors of vanilla bean and cocoa powder are present before giving way to sweeter notes of maple syrup and demerara sugar. The finish is long and robust with hints of espresso, cherry cola and vanilla pipe tobacco.
