21-Year Canadian Cigar Blend Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: CA-05

This blended Canadian HAZMAT whiskey was distilled in Alberta, Canada and matured for over 20 years in original oak. The barrel was brought to Copper & Cask where it was finished for 6 months in Armagnac cask and another two in Tawny Port cask. It was bottled in May 2026 at 21 years, cask strength.

Mash Bill: 97% Corn, 2.5% Rye and 0.5% Barley

79% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is bold with aromas of plum and maple. Once sipped, fruit flavors of maraschino cherry and raspberry jam come to the fore, giving way to sweeter notes of butterscotch and clover honey on the mid-palate. The finish is long featuring hints of rock candy, cherry cola and honeycomb.
