21-Year Canadian Port-Finished Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: CA-02

This blended Canadian HAZMAT whiskey was distilled in Alberta, Canada and matured for over 20 years in original oak. The barrel was brought to Copper & Cask where it was finished for 8 months in a Tawny Port cask. The whiskey was bottled in May 2026 at 21 years, cask strength.

Mash Bill: 97% Corn, 2.5% Rye and 0.5% Barley

77.3% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is bold with aromas of vanilla frosting and roasted plums. Once sipped, fruit flavors of maraschino cherry and red currants dominate before livelier notes of orange zest and honeycomb appear. The finish is long with hints of demerara sugar, cinnamon roasted almonds and fresh figs.
