9-Year Sherry-Finished Bourbon Private Batch: BX-01

This Private Batch is a blend of 3 Bourbon barrels, all distilled at MGP Indiana and primarily aged in Kentucky. This barrels were brought up to Copper & Cask Rhode Island where they were finished in Oloroso and PX sherry casks for 10 to 18 months. The final blend was selected and barrels in August 2026.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

59.6% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is decadent with aromas of blackberry jam and candied orange peel. Once sipped, juicy flavors of raspberry jam and cherry compote come to the fore, revealing richer notes of roasted plums and dark maple syrup. The finish is long and lively with hints of orange zest, cherry candies and vanilla icing.
