MF-729 (WHISKEY RIOT Selection)
This single barrel was selected for the Whiskey Riot 2024 event series in partnership with the Whiskey Riot team. At 6 years and 10 months, this Bourbon shows off its tropical aging. Distilled at MGP in Indiana in May 2017, the barrel was aged for over 6 years in Florida before being bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered. 

Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Barley Malt
64.2% ABV

Tasting Notes:
The whiskey is dark and rich with aromas of peanut brittle and kettle corn. Upon sipping, fruit flavors of blueberry and strawberry come to the surface, along with spicier notes of fruitcake and crystallized ginger, and finishing with hints of espresso and chocolate cake.
