MK-1062 (WHISKEY RIOT Single Barrel Selection)
This High-Rye Bourbon single barrel was selected for the Whiskey Riot 2025 event series in partnership with the Whiskey Riot team. Distilled at MGP Indiana in October 2016, the barrel was aged for over 8 years in Kentucky before being bottled at about 8.5 years at Copper & Cask HQ.  

Mash Bill: 60% Corn, 36% Rye, 4% Barley Malt
56.9% ABV

LIMITED RELEASE: 160 bottles

Tasting Notes:
The whiskey is robust with aromas of dark roast coffee, burnt sugar and flamed orange peel. Once sipped, lively flavors of grapefruit zest and cinnamon candies are apparent before revealing darker fruit notes of cherry cola and blackberry jam. The finish is long and layered with hints of coffee cake, dark maple syrup and leather.
