DC-604 (Florida-Aged)
This Barrel Master Selection is a 7-year Bourbon that was distilled in May 2017 at MGP Indiana, then spent most of its life aging in Florida. After being brought up to Copper & Cask HQ, the whiskey was transferred to a barrel that had previously held a wheated Bourbon for a short finishing period.   

Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Malted Barley
63.8% ABV

Tasting Notes:
The nose of this whiskey is decadent and inviting with notes of salted caramel and milk chocolate truffles. Once sipped, sweet notes continue with flavors of butterscotch and cheesecake before revealing fruitier elements of candy apple. The finish is long and replete with tastes of a patisserie including cherry danish and chocolate eclair.
