Barrel Master Selection DC-363
This Barrel Master Selection is a 7-year Bourbon that spent the majority of its life in a new charred oak barrel before being transferred to a virgin toasted cask for finishing. After the whiskey picked up ample influence from the toast, it was rested in an ex-Caribbean rum barrel that had been previously used to finish a rye whiskey, imparting subtle hints of sweetness and spice.
Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Malted Barley

On the nose, this whiskey is reminiscent of rich cherry pie filling with a touch of freshly whipped cream. Ample spice notes blend with molasses and dates on the palate. The finish is long and complex with notes of black licorice and burnt sugar.
