Straight Bourbon Whiskey High Rye Single Barrel Selection: MK-658

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in October 2016, and then spent the majority of its life maturing in Kentucky. The whiskey was then brought up to Copper & Cask HQ to finish aging before being bottled in June 2024 at over 7.5yrs.

Mash Bill: 60% CORN, 36% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
60.4% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey features aromas of orange peel and cocoa powder. Upon sipping, one will detect notes of caramel and creme brûlée, along with flavors of milk chocolate and brandied cherries. The finish is long with notes of pipe tobacco and chai tea.
