This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in January 2017, where it matured for approximately 7 years in its original charred oak barrel. The whiskey was bottled at 7 years, 9 months at barrel proof, non-chill filtered.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
57.8% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey is lively with notes of espresso and grapefruit zest. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of brown sugar and clover honey come to the fore, receding to display notes of cocoa powder and gingerbread. The finish is spicy with hints of cinnamon.
