This Barrel Master Selection is a 7-year Bourbon that comes from our Florida-aged lots. The whiskey is a marriage of two barrels that were both distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017, and both spent the majority of their life aging in Florida. The barrels were brought up to Copper & Cask HQ, and were married and cask-finished in one 202L Armagnac barrel.  

Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Malted Barley
62% ABV

Tasting Notes:
The nose of this whiskey is full of fruit with scents of raspberry and lemon zest. Upon sipping, flavors of rock candy and lemon shortbread arise, before notes of raw honey and plum. The finish is long with hints of leather, cola and toffee.
