Small Batch Series 3 is a marriage of 21% rye and 36% high rye mash bill Bourbons, all distilled in the latter half of 2016. Each single barrel was hand-selected, then moved to toasted oak and Caribbean rum casks prior to being batched. The whiskey is bottled at barrel proof.

Tasting Notes:
The nose on this whiskey is robut with notes of chai spice and burnt sugar. Upon sipping, flavors of molasses cookies and cola are present before receding to the tastes of star anise and black licorice. The finish is long with hints of vanilla custard, gingerbread and chocolate.
