Tasting Notes:
The nose of this whiskey is lively with bright notes of orange peel and fresh apple cider donuts. At first sip, the spiciness of the rye comes to the fore with the flavor of cinnamon candies and chai tea before revealing fruitier elements, such as plum and blackberries. The finish lingers with a renewed spice and a hint of earthiness, showcasing tastes of anise and molasses.
