This Barrel Master Selection is a 7-year Rye whiskey that was handpicked by our Barrel Master as a standout selection. After maturing in new oak for seven years, the whiskey was transferred to a barrel that had previously held a high-barley (49/51) rye. The whiskey is bottled at barrel proof, non-chill filtered. 

Mash Bill: 95% Rye, 5% Barley Malt
60.5% ABV

Tasting Notes:
This whiskey shows notes of brown sugar and tawny port on the nose. Upon sipping, one will first notice the sweet notes of cherry jam and honey before spicier notes of anise and cinnamon coffee cake. The finish is long and returns to sweeter flavors of maple syrup and blueberry pancakes.
